General Conditions/Terms of Payment

Goods for sale on this website are described as accurately as possible and an actual photo of each item is given. There may be some small variations in size and colour when you receive your goods, but unfortunately we cannot fully guarantee an exact match and refunds cannot be offered on this basis.                                                                                             

We appreciate that not everyone likes to pay for goods online, parting with their personal and financial information.            

To keep things simple you will not be asked to pay on-line unless you wish to,Once you have placed your order and it has been packed you will then be  contacted personally by myself or a member of staff to confirm your order and complete payment information.

Payment can be made via credit/debit card, direct Bank transfer or Paypal
if you wish to pay by card through paypal please contact us and we will provide the relevant information.

Returns Policy

All goods are checked prior to dispatch to ensure your satisfaction and are securely packed, In the very unlikely event that an item arrives damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and your item will be replaced where possible (a picture confirmation of any such damage may be required in some circumstances). Returns are accepted provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase, adequately packaged in original packaging. Provided the item is in a resaleable condition, a refund will be given less all Postal/Carrier costs.
